I do require a card on file to book! A non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking at 30% of the full service. The deposit will go towards your full service. For no shows, I charge the full price of booked services. No shows are subject to paying in full before being serviced or being banned from my books. For cancellations less than 24 hours, I do charge a 50% cancellation fee. Please give a 24 hour notice before cancelling your appointment. Please let me know if you’re running late, things happen! If you are late with no communication, you forfeit your deposit and have to pay in full. Clients that are more than 15 minutes late will unfortunately have to reschedule and be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
